Q. Why can't I find what I'm looking for?
- You maybe trying to be too specific with your criteria. The fewer letters you type, the more search results you are likely to get. For example, if you type in 'hampton' in the city/town field, you will find hire shops in Southhampton, Wolverhampton, Northhampton, Hampton Hill etc.
- If you are unsure of the spelling of a particular name or location, use the underscore character ( _ ) in replace of any unknown letters. For example, if you can't remember if it's an 'i' or an 'e', just use an underscore. Alternatively just type the part of the name you do know how to spell, e.g. 'North' if you are searching for 'Northampton'.
- When searching for a suit hire shop by name, simply enter a keyword (principle word) in the title, if it's in our database, it will be found together with any other shop that uses that word in it's title. For example, if you are searching for 'Indigo Suit Hire Ltd', enter 'Indigo' as the key word in shop name.
- Our search is not case specific and therefore it does not matter if you use capitals or lower case when searching.
- Please bare in mind, that the suppliers in our database may not have provided a complete list of available items and so the 'item wanted' field should only be used to narrow down your search results and should not be used as your only criteria.
- Do not use wildcards such as * or logic words such as 'AND' or 'OR' in your search criteria. Currently our search program looks for your exact criteria within a sentence or paragraph, therefore if you enter highland wear AND kilts, unless those four words in that order are in our database, nothing will be found. You will have better results by using one search for 'highland wear' and another for 'kilts'.

Q. Does your directory include suit hire shops from my country?
A. The website has the facility for suit hire shops from every country in the world to enter their own details. However, to make searching more efficient, only those countries that we hold data for are shown in the search form. Therefore, if you can't select your country on the search form drop down menu, it means we currently do not have any suppliers from your country. As soon as a suit hire store from you country is added, you will see your country name on the search form.
Q. Does your website have a suit hire shop suppliers directory?
A. Yes. We have a completely separate suppliers section that allows suppliers from all over the world to enter their details and special offers. Click here to learn more.
Q. How can I get a login for the hire shop suppliers section?
A. The hire shop suppliers area is for trade purposes only. If you are either a supplier or hire shop, please email us for your password.
Q. Can I add my suit hire shop details to your directory?
A. Yes. Click here and fill out our form. Once completed, your details will immediately be available to be searched by our visitors.
Q. How can I amend or delete my hire shop details in your directory?
A. Search for your suit hire shop and click on it's name to display it's details on the screen. Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will see two buttons with password fields above them. To amend your details, type in your password above the amend button and press amend. To delete your details, type in your password above the delete button and press delete. If you do not know your password, simply email us and ask.

Q. Why doesn't my password work?
A. Password checking is case specific and therefore if you have caps lock on the password will not work.
